October 24, 2025
The 2026 Design Readiness Kit is a strategic planning resource created for architects, school districts, higher education institutions, libraries, and civic partners preparing for future interior and FF&E projects.
This interactive guide helps project teams:
Align stakeholders early
Streamline FF&E and interior decision-making
Address compliance, durability, and sustainability requirements upfront
Reduce risk, redesign, and delays during later project phases
Developed by Maraye Design Studio, the kit reflects real-world experience supporting public-sector and institutional projects across Ohio and beyond.
