We worked with Columbus City Schools to review 65 school restrooms for ADA compliance, finish upgrades and partition upgrades. Once we completed the study we prepared a restroom plan and schedule of priorities for them to utilize. The School district decided which schools would be renovated and hired MDS to renovate 10 schools. We created design documents and made fixture and interior finish sections. We were involved in the bidding process and used our project management skills to deliver the project from inception to completion two weeks ahead of schedule.
