From the waiting area to exam rooms, every detail has been carefully curated for a comforting atmosphere, ensuring a warm and inviting experience for parents and children alike.

Our design team has crafted a charming bakery boutique, infusing it with glitz and glam at every turn. Picture painted teal drawers, gold door handles, and chair legs—all shimmering in the brand colors of teal, gold, and white. As a bonus, we’ve refurbished the existing marble floors to add an extra touch of luxury.

The Wellness Department at CCS has implemented wellness spaces for teachers to use as decompression areas throughout the day. Each space offers a comfortable, zen-like atmosphere with cozy furniture, dim lighting, and plants.

Maraye Design Studio teamed with Perkins + Will and DesignGroup to transform the former James Cancer Hospital into The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center’s Brain and Spine Hospital. The project goal was to renovate an existing building into a tremendous facility that simultaneously supports neurological research and provides improved patient care.

Encompassing more than 60,000 square feet, floors 1, 8, 9 and 10 have been renovated. From the moment visitors enter the newly-designed lobby, they will have a sense of the care and state-of-the-art treatment they will receive during their stay. Creating a welcoming space with user-friendly wayfinding was a key factor in designing a space to care for patients with neurological issues.

The three upper floors include 87 private beds that are grouped into specialized units for stroke care, neurotrauma and traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries and spine surgery, epilepsy, chronic pain, acute rehabilitation, neurosurgery and sleep medicine.

The three-phase project included renovation of several office departments, design for a conference room and selection of artwork throughout for Emergency Medicine Physicians corporate offices in Canton, Ohio. The project also consisted of space planning, carpet, paint and furniture selections resulting in a dramatic makeover. Maraye Design Studio created an art package for EMP’s main office in a weekend and it was ready to install within a few weeks.

Renovating an outdated office and conference suite for the college’s President into an attractive, efficient and multi-functional space is a design challenge we specialize in. The new space was created to give the executive team, faculty and staff at Columbus State Community College a place to meet and work, and the result is a winning combination of professional, comfortable and inviting.

A complete redesign of the existing restrooms at The Blackwell Hotel located on the campus of The Ohio State University. The remodel on the first floor transformed the outdated restroom into a warm and sophisticated place for people to utilize while attending meetings, conferences and events at the hotel. we used high-end finishes throughout the space.

We created a warm and inviting place for potential donors to relax while attending a school sponsored event. The space incorporates the school colors of green and gold in a sophisticated palette. The room is extremely flexible and allows for four different furniture set-ups based on how the space is being utilized.

The owner of this salon previous serviced clients out of her home. She was very excited to select a site that allowed her business to grow. We worked with the owner to layout the waiting area, shampoo bar, styling area and nail area.

This renovation of an existing restaurant turned into a cool, trendy space for students to relax and hang out after hours. Whimsical, trendy and functional all tied up in a neat package.

This design-build new office project includes four offices, a reception area, conference room, copy room, break area, and an operations/training room. Large aluminum storefront windows were used in the conference space to allow significant amounts of natural light into the space. A glass wall was used for the conference room to provide a more open-concept feel in the main area of the building.

Maraye Design Studio teamed worked with Impact Community Action to create a Peace Corner for children of clients to use while they were filling out paperwork. The space has different zones, a zone for creative play, a reading area and a lounge space.
