This 1900’s Duplex was destined for a stylish and functional renovation. We redesigned the Kitchen into a fresh and clean space worth entertaining several guest at a time. We incorporated a glass garage doors to extend the space for entertaining onto the patio.
The Master Bathroom became a double height space in which we incorporated a spiral staircase that leads to a large walk-in closet and lounge space. We reused the clawfoot tub original to the home and designed a large walk-in shower.
