This unfinished basement in Upper Arlington, Ohio transformed into a mother-in law suite that tops the charts. The family wanted to include a bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen for the suite. Our team created a new space plan to achieve all of the families goals and needs. We selected a sophisticated color palette that is sure to make this mother-in law suite a comfortable home away from home.

Creating a life and a home of comfort for this customer was our major goal as he transitions to life in a wheelchair. We designed the spaces with safety in mind with the customers contemporary design style at the forefront. We incorporated the couple’s sleek, minimal, contemporary design without compromising style in this home.

The Couple Wanted To Use Striking Colors And Materials In The Remodel Of Their Kitchen And Bathroom. We Helped Them Create A Kitchen And Bathroom That Shows Their Glamour Personalities By Incorporating Glass Tiles And Countertops With Sparkles.

These first time homeowners liked the bones of their newly purchased home but felt it was completely dated. The couple recently had their third child and felt that the home’s existing layout was confining and a far cry from their artsy and eclectic style. The couple hired Maraye Design Studio to create an environment that was more open and inviting. We opened up many of the closed off rooms to create an open concept. Now the home will have a seamless flow. We selected warmer woods, sleeker lines and more visually appealing materials.

We designed an open and airy space by demoing few walls to create a large open and bright layout, the owners of this new farmhouse style remodel wanted to create a free, fluid space that made the kitchen the hub of the home. Our team was tasked with creating a large open-plan kitchen and dining area that also leads through to a formal dining room, family room and mudroom to store their childrens’ sporting equipment.

The bathroom was a complete design-build gut and re-do, this charming space complete with new custom pieces, faux reclaimed wood porcelain tile, and extraordinary fixtures is one of our most successful design solution projects. The new walk-in shower details were inspiration for this small farmhouse master bathroom remodel, white subway tile, marble herringbone tile, white walls and marble counter tops bring a vintage look to the space.

This historic building was converted into residential apartment lofts and condominiums a few years ago. We designed a new wood ceiling grid to define spaces within the open plan. We will paint the concrete walls and cover the concrete floors with cork to make it softer under the foot.

This 1900’s Duplex was destined for a stylish and functional renovation. We redesigned the Kitchen into a fresh and clean space worth entertaining several guest at a time. We incorporated a glass garage doors to extend the space for entertaining onto the patio.

The Master Bathroom became a double height space in which we incorporated a spiral staircase that leads to a large walk-in closet and lounge space. We reused the clawfoot tub original to the home and designed a large walk-in shower.

This makeover transformed an outdated home 60’s home into a warm and inviting place for this 4-person family to enjoy. We added a little bit of the farmhouse style to our customers Living and Dining Room. Our team selected distressed furnishings and accessories that are child-friendly and comfortable at the same time.

It’s always exciting to work with the owners of a private residence to redesign an entire house and make it fit a family in both style and function. This project includes a complete demo of their existing kitchen and bathroom, relocating their laundry and creating a third bedroom. The homeowners want their house to be more inviting and relaxing.
